Follow these simple steps to find your perfect fit.

1. Measure your bust and band (in inches) while wearing a non-padded bra.

Step 1. Let's Measure

Bust Size

Full Bust Measurement

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, making sure it stays level across your back. The tape should rest gently on your body — not pressing in, but not loose either.

This number is your bust measurement. When combined with your underbust, it helps determine your LaBratory bra size.

Band Size

Ribcage Measurement

Wrap a soft measuring tape around your ribcage, directly under your bust (just below the breasts). Keep the tape level and snug, but not too tight.

This number is different from your bra band size. For example, if you usually wear a 34B bra, your underbust will likely measure closer to 32 inches.
