Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse team to pack and ship your order. During peak periods such as sales, holidays and product launches, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any address updates, order changes or cancellations. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Delivery Timelines

For the most up-to-date delivery time estimates, please refer to the shipping timeline at checkout. Delivery timelines do not include processing times. See above for details. All transit times are measured in business days which are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note, all shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not able to ship to US territories (including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa) at this time. At this time, we do not ship LaBratory Bras outside of North America.

Canadian Orders

Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within Canada. 

Orders delivering to NWT, Nunavut and Yukon are subject to $20 delivery fee.

US Orders

Standard Shipping rates apply for all orders shipped to the US. All orders are shipped from Canada. 

For U.S. customers, we cover duties on orders under $800 USD, which qualifies under the U.S. de minimis threshold. If your order exceeds this amount or doesn’t qualify, you will be responsible for any applicable duties or import fees. 

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At LaBratory Bras, we are committed to providing high-quality post-surgical bras designed for comfort, support, and confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges under the following policy.

Please note, our bras are thoughtfully designed to provide gentle support, lift, and beauty for post-surgical recovery. Unlike tight compression bras, LaBratory Bras offer a balance of comfort and structure, ensuring a seamless healing experience. If you require firm compression, we recommend considering brands specializing in that level of support.

Customer Courtesy Policy

At LaBratory Bras, we are committed to creating a positive and respectful experience for all customers. We kindly ask that all interactions align with our values of courtesy and professionalism. In rare cases, we reserve the right to decline returns, refunds, or exchanges if communication does not reflect these values.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our bras and their use in post-surgical recovery, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a bra has been worn. Each body is unique, and while our bras are designed to provide optimal support and comfort, fit may vary from person to person. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review our sizing guide before trying on their purchase.

  • To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For hygienic reasons, worn or used bras cannot be returned.

Final Sale Items

Items labeled FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request – Please email hello@labratorybras.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Label – Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Ship Your Return – Securely package your item and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
  4. Processing Time & Refunds – Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a CA$15 return shipping fee.


Shipping Costs & Responsibility

We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and want to be transparent about shipping costs, returns, and exchanges. Please review the details below regarding shipping responsibilities, international orders, and discount adjustments.

  • The original shipping cost is nonrefundable (if Express Shipping was selected).
  • The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund (CA$15 return shipping fee applies).
  • For exchanges, there is a flat CA$10 fee, which covers return processing and the shipping of your replacement item. LaBratory Bras covers the shipping cost of the new item.
  • We currently offer free standard shipping on initial purchases and cover duties for customers in the USA.
  • At this time, we do not ship LaBratory Bras outside of North America.

If a promo code or discount was applied to your order and you return only part of your purchase, the discount will be recalculated based on the items kept, and your refund will reflect the adjusted pricing.


Exchanges

We want you to love your LaBratory Bra! If your size or style isn’t quite right, we recommend an exchange over a return. 

If you need a different size or style, please submit an Exchange Request within 30 days to hello@labratorybras.com. For exchanges, there is a flat CA$10 fee to cover return processing and the shipping of your replacement item. LaBratory Bras will cover the shipping cost of the new item sent to the customer. 

  • Exchanges incur a CA$10 flat fee to cover processing & shipping.
  • LaBratory Bras covers the shipping cost of sending the new item
  • No restocking fees or additional charges for the exchange.
  • Customers are only eligible for one size exchange

U.S Returns

We do not provide prepaid return labels for U.S orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact hello@labratorybras.com.

U.S Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please submit an Exchange Request within 30 days by emailing hello@labratorybras.com

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our U.S. Exchange location 
  • LaBratory Bras will cover the shipping cost of the new item(s) sent to the customer.
  • No restocking fees or additional charges apply for exchanges.
  • Customers are only eligible for one size exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@labratorybras.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.

Alternatively, upon request, a refund can be issued for the product cost, minus the original shipping and return shipping fees.
