Return & Exchange Policy
Return Conditions
- Bras must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a Return Request – Please email hello@labratorybras.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Label – Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Ship Your Return – Securely package your item and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
- Processing Time & Refunds – Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a CA$15 return shipping fee.
Please note: original shipping costs (if express shipping was selected) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer a one-time size or style exchange if the fit isn’t quite right. Please submit an Exchange Request within 30 days to hello@labratorybras.com.
- CA$10 fee covers return processing and shipping of your new item.
- LaBratory Bras covers the shipping of your replacement.
- No additional restocking fees apply.
U.S Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international returns. To initiate a return, please contact hello@labratorybras.com.
U.S Exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please submit an Exchange Request within 30 days by emailing hello@labratorybras.com.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our U.S. Exchange location
- LaBratory Bras will cover the shipping cost of the new item(s) sent to the customer.
- No restocking fees or additional charges apply for exchanges.
- Customers are only eligible for one size exchange
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at hello@labratorybras.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
